@Pikafan2132 I love Togepi but I'll explain why other people don't like it. For one, they feel it made Misty too soft. Secondly, a lot of the later plots on the show revolved around Togepi getting lost or into trouble over and over again. Thirdly, many people wanted it to evolve faster than it did. Fourthly, its Metronome attack is a Deus Ex Machina.
