But I do a lot of HDR imaging with a lot of 21 megapixel images and that eats up the resources. But not with 16GB. When all of the software can utilize that much ram it will be worth it, I think. Thanks! A while back I tried to make a DIY panning rig that didn't work too well. But the panning shuttle(consisting of a 2x4, some sliding closet door wheels, and a mounted tripod fluid head) ends up being relatively smooth on a granite counter top like I used.
