next time use the ingame recording (ctrl+ shift+ F11) the filming will be laggy but the results are much better coz when u play it it will be perfect

It's not "laggy", it's shooting frame-by-frame. Frame-by-frame recorders always do that, especially with RCT3, because it has to stitch each individuall frame together, fix any occuring lag to make a seamless video, and store it to your computer. It has to do all of this between each frame, so it WILL be a bit slow. If you're really that impatient you can't use the recorder, then don't play RCT3 at all. It sure doen't look like you spent much time to make this slide.

Yes, But only when you are playing the result video file it play in good FPS.

And RCT3 has an ingame recorder but it lags a lot too but the result video file it runs at normal FPS.

Connect the last piece of track to the station. Then connect an entrance and exit to the station. Then click on the ride...and open it...
