He tried to change things on the inside to make it better for the workers, but retired and wrote this amazing and most comprehensive examination to date on the postal culture and how it can be fixed for the benefit of those hardworking employees he left behind.; how the system can be reformed and start treating dedicated employees with respect and as valued human beings instead of with abuse and like machines.
