  • wish we had a few of these fancy bars at the gym...

  • I see what you mean about a week to recover. I did half of this and my forearms and wrists are very sore. Keep up the good work.

  • @CadillacDB23 Thanks for the tip.

  • É GOSTEI = MAS EM PARTE = OS EXERCÍCIOS PRIMÓRDIO DA LUTA DE BRAÇO =

    É A FLEXÃO DE PUNHO - NA POLIA RETA - POLIA BAIXA - E A POLIA ALTA - DEPOIS COM AS DUAS MÃOS , ATÉ A EXAUSTÃO - MAS VALEU !!!!!! ====A1B2C3D4E7H6G =

  • Excellent training, don't understand why some people are saying it isn't a workout... Your forearms must be huge!!!! I'd hate to armwrestle you, but would like to start training

  • OMFG ever heared of range of motion?

  • @sayolife ummm... its not bodybuilding...

  • @MrEspey can you tell the diference between a full range and a close range, wath is one doing to your bicep and wath is the other ? Thanks

  • @g3org3210 You are strengthening yourself in certain positions with partial movements. Any extension in an armwrestling match lessens your leverage.

  • @MrEspey aham, i thought so, thanks :)

  • Tell pls name of the first song ?

  • Nice nice armwrestling training. And nice music. Keep it going !

  • Very interesting exercise selection. But why only once a week Ryan? How many days a week do you arm wrestle?

    Thanks for the post

    regards

  • @daniel213141

I have changed a great deal since this... but still hit each group once a week. It takes me that long to recover. I do not do any table training.

  • maaan your exercise sucks u are such a fool

  • @222666robt I love anonymous comments.

  • you fucken faty bastard i gonna broke your arm

  • @8611232489fahri60868 do you even think about what you say before you say it???.... cause that made very little sence lol

  • Great Video! I have been compiling some arm wrestling specific exercises and I found the jack pot! One question for you if you dont mind... when you perform these exercises with the small range of motion, you perform a sort of "pulse" type high rep set up. Can I also incorporate slower repetitions with less reps? or would you suggest the more dynamic approach deminstrated in the vid? Thanks!

  • @njstrongman32 Thanks for the question... my training changes frequently and I am always looking for that perfect routine. I think I am close. What you see here is about the range of motion that you would cover in armwrestling. It is very short in some of the levers. I have recently gone back to heavier lifts and focused more on static strength.

  • @MrEspey awesome! Thank you for the reply Mr. Espey!

  • what are you doing in the rice bucket? haven't seen such exercise before. would you explain please?

  • @LexerJason Check out my latest video... basically you are just opening and closing your hand.

  • You are Canadian right? Now you are 1/10 of Devon.

  • @HouZuo lol... what an intelligent response. Now go look at last year's Arnold results.

  • very very good exercise :)

  • I like the sled pull at the end.

  • nice use of the prawler man :)

  • Nice song you picked for the video. Filter rocks.

  • strange exercises.

  • nice training and nice music!!

  • yeahh !!!!!! go canada and your arm is totally massive bro.

  • how many reps do u do and what alternate exercise can i do instead of the offset bumbbell curls

  • My rep ranges vary depending on the exercise. I have also modified my training recently and will post updated videos soon.

Instead of offset you could do some kind of pronation exercise.

  • @MrEspey good exercise, song name pls ? :)

  • @M1keMania Filter -- Hey man nice shot.

  • your own miniature gym yea?

  • Because it is not commercial sized... is there something wrong with that?

  • @MrEspey

was just asking if this is ur gym at home thats all.

  • Yep... that is my gym.

  • No and yes.
