i do a very similar movement, but what i actually (think) i do is not really hopping off the ground, maybe a few inches but not to ussual, but what i know, because i feel it when i do it, is that my feet dont really get off the ground, i dont have any weight on them, like if you hop keeping them on the ground but without putting any pressure on my feet and on the ground, so my feet slice over the court in and giving strenght to my legs to run to the net before
i am kidding, this video was actually very helpful and short and to the point. i can't wait to try it out. thanks jeff
