    LOL, I know, I am 13, but YouTube has some videos that you can't watch unless your 18 so, I mad a fake age ;)

  • basically wat these exercises r going to do is build chest muscle, now muscles and fat dont get along very well, once you build a muscle anywhere in your body, it ll help in getting rid of dat unnecessary fat and will make dat body part look more toned and tighten. Building muscles= increasing metabolism and high metabolism rate = to higher calorie burn which means burning more fat through out the whole day. Hope this helps!!!

  • @DR3W100 depends on how much weight you lift while doing this exercise. lighting heavy weights will build muscles on the area being worked on, and lifting light weights will tighten and tone the area being worked on. this comment goes to neelofar83 also
