i cant see there is a problem. i dont know why you can be so childish even you are a parent. It is not a big deal anyway. Even she is wrong, it is no reason for you to say these word to a maid as she does care your baby. Please reflect yourself and stop attack the maid. It is not a good model for your baby. is Nothing Wrong with it, me and my husband do this to our daughter, even worse than that, since she was 3-4 weeks start give her execise, she's can walk when she was 9 months, she's strong and natural.... don't worry too much about it, baby is very strong :)

Neck of a 6 months old baby is not strong yet, and she may hurt her neck and backbone by felling on the bed, it will make the baby cannot walk for the entire life. Don't you think its serious??? How about someone do same thing to your baby????

i've told her she can't "play" with the baby like this way, because it will hurt the baby's neck and backbone. She neglect my order and do what she like to, thats the point I said she is bad.
