This "Mother Plane" concept is totally messed up. I do understand the concept of other planes of existence or dimensions, if you will. But these planes of existence are parallel to our own. The Mother Plane he talks of sounds closer to what is known as a mothership. This could be possible of carrying a fleet of smaller air vessels (Baby Planes).
