Trantula's can go a long time without feeding. On the Tarantula forum I frequent one member's tarantula did't eat for the first 9 months he had it.

I have Avicularia versicolor about that size.its green with purple hairs.I had it on my hand in front of my face one time and it jumped right on my nose and crawled up,pretty dam funny cuz i know it wont bite me.Take care of it.

yes i agree with your comments of it being a nice spider but please tell me that isnt its house you can see in the video? this spider is an arboreal + needs a tall house set up rather than a long flat 1.

i can shed light on this....i can see that u posted this 5 months ago...but i am the true owner of the pink toe tarantula...the hands u see there belong to my little brothers....you see the box on the video is the one that the pink toe came with when we purchased it and we quickly changed this to suit the species so it only stayed in that box for about 4 hours. :)
