@skaterlua i know alot about makeup and yes you can do this look wether your black or indian or puerto rican or mexican but i dont recommend using white foundation. it makes you look like you have chalk all over your face, instead use a foundation 2 shades lighter than your regular skin tone and do what she did, hope i helped <33
