Once in megaton I armed the bomb and went to tenpeny tower to detonate it.... When I got there Roy Phillips was dead at the gate witch was wide open. I went in and everyone was dead. Ehh...Dunwich Building was one Hell of a creepy non-sequitur. A ghoul outbreak, some evil magic statue like something out of the Necronomicon, getting locked in, dark hallways, rotted corpses and a severed head flopping around fapping.

After an experience like that you won't be screaming "Burn it, send it to Hell," but damn if you won't have night terrors that night.

The head on the table is part of the Dunwich building, its not a glitch. The thumping sound and the head shaking is because of ragdoll physics, if you toggle collision off (tcl) and look inside the table youll find its not just a head but nearly a whole upper torso.

That's not a glitch. I seen that before. I think it's more of an easter egg. When I completed the quest in the chamber, it disappeared. You can hit it and it will bleed, but there's nothing that moves it.
