Shit..game developers promise tons of stuff but when time to release comes they remember about the thing pushing them back...xbox360.The 360 cant keep up with modern games anymore.All this stuff could be added but they want the game to be eqeual on PC and consoles so they delete a ton of stuff because of the 360.Figure out a new xbox model soon because i cant take my games getting cut like hell because of a crappy console :@

revolver, flamethrower, minigun...

the phone was much moderner

niko's face was different(the shape still can be seen in the robbing mask)

libert city going to be called the states of liberty, there was going to be countrysides whit hills..

and the best: snow was a WEATHER!(it could snow)some files still can be found in game files yust like the snow ambiance

there was much more stuff i can't write more because..(limit)

@gtaphonemaster i got massive common sense lol if thats how you say it right and i didnt know that lol i knew about the dodo thing in gta 3 but i would of thought R* would of brought back planes by now and the reason why i thought they got rid of the planes were because the map is to small which when the tested the planes (which is why there was the handling line left) and found out that the map is too small for them

Beta is better, the wanted to put planes in Gta IV, but for some reason they removed it. :(. The only thing left from the planes is the handling, so you can change the handling.dat and make a car fly.
