  • Rip is an excellent writer/communicator. How many "coaches" can convey their ideas in this way? He's the best out there and I say this not out of bias, since I haven't met him and have no reason to be biased. I'm simply looking for the best training method. As you progress through training, you will come across a lot of material telling you how to train most efficiently. If you can legitimately find me better material than this, I would like to see it.

  • OMG, thank you for helping me get to sleep!!

  • im not so sure that "physical strength is the most important thing in life" ... i think it is def. a part of the whole . Mental , spiritual, and physical .

  • @ubermensch81 yea and it seems like all three are missing a lot in modern times. Physical activity puts the wheels in motion for the other two more than either of the other two could for physical. I think this is what he's getting at.

  • @mjs0077 good point ... i can get behind that idea, as ive seen it happen in my own life.

  • @mjs0077 good point ....

  • @ubermensch81 Some booze-maddened psycho attacking you in a parking lot will change your mind on the importance of physical strength

  • "Worthwhile humans"

  • Makes alot of sense.

  • Brilliant

  • The first lines after the introduction are words to live by: "Physical strength is the most important thing in life."

  • Truer words have never been spoken. I've been meaning to add this one to my library. It would fit in nicely next the incredible "Dinosaur Training".
