The STI knows how to launch feathering the clutch. Hard to do with a AWD but he did it. Mr. 350Z over here got too much tire spin and shifted to 2nd too early. But under better conditions and better driver(s) these two make a good show. From a dig, the STI's always seem to win though.
1ST of all the STI is modded and bein boosted who knows how much boost hes runnin, one of the 1st things owners do is turn it up. 2ND, u dumb lil bitches put the Z in the shit path of sand n shit and the AWD car on a nice surface. And 3RD, the Subi jumped horribly, not even close to a fair race with ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED so the race was already called before they even lined up. You wanna bash a stock Z then do a legit race with a stock STI, stock for stock Z's win and we all know it!

We see em at the track all the time pullin 14's, my 1st 03 z ran 13.8 its 1st 1/4 run. No "good" driver cant make a slower car go faster, no matter how good u talk about it!

@streetfiresam ive had an 04 and 06 STI, both slower than my Z when stock. Ur sayin they have a lack of displacement? I'm assuming u mean compared to V8's cuz a 2.5 is large for a 4cyl which is 1 reason it has decent torque, the other is cuz its TURBO which makes ALL the difference. No 4cyl will make that much torque NA. MAIN reason they cant beat a stock Z is cuz its AWD, good from a dig ya but poor top end for the same reason, more drivetrain loss, Z's lose less and is used more efficiently!

@2slovak0 It was in Sacramento Raceway, Altitude is basically sea level however it was summer time and that pass was at 95 degrees. Best ive done after a turbo back and tune was 13 flat. I think my tune back then wasnt too agressive.
I got you, everytime I went to the track I got a bag of ice for the top mount, not to mention I went to the stickiest track, 5 subarus broke axles and all the other ones, like me, slipped their clutches so we wouldn't break axles. It was fun, now going rotated and kicked the top mount to the trash.
