  • Funny i just had a chat with my brother who gets state benefits and he just found out that HMCS will be taking money off him he doesn't even know why and when he phoned the DWP they apparently didn't know anything, as i said to my brother "well that a surprise"

  • Hmmm i dont get the problem. Accepted for value should work in the UK. You didnt ask the best questions. Just say you want to pay accepted for value and you need the true bill to pay by your means as a freeman on the land. Or are you talking from a citizen point of view.

Send a notice to the corporation that you need a true bill. Or do it on the notice they send and send a cover note on how to pay it to the treasury. Please dont beat around the bush and tell him. ACCEPTED FOR VALUE.

  • HMCS Birmingham Priory Court Justice-British Law got Talents

  • Fuck the Majesty for the scam by her name HMCS (Her Majestys Courts Service)

  • Nice work, of course he wouldn't believe you if you told him. What...you mean the bill is payment? Some people will just never get the concept, thanks for sharing.

  • I was friends with a guy for 30 years, his Mum was a paid Magistrate, he went into Gt Manchester Cops, most / all C.I.D. are Freemasons, she was, she was so Tory that Norman Tebbitt visited her house while Maggy the Meglamaniac was in power, they checked drains for bombs armed Police the lot!.

  • We have to work harder for our remedies then it seems, hmmm, if we must we must, wwho blinks 1st?

  • any way you could redo this video where you have subtitles or something? really hard to hear this guys words.

  • Hear, hear! you alright Spoonogs,

  • The debt has to be clearly stated in law?

He's actually asking you, he hasn't got a clue, I'd demand, and might indeed to speak to someone who does know, because he clearly doesn't.

Great work, mate. I think this is going to be the first call of many :D

Nice move with the freedom of info request, though I'm wondering is it worth it as they'll do what they did to me and that is just faff around and deny you and see if you can lever them, I couldn't, as yet, heh, heh, heh!

  • wow so they are taking it away but they HAVE to provide a remedy !

  • They're like slippery eels twisting this way and that, waiting for the first oppurtunity to lord it over you.

They forget they're in their jobs to serve us, not to deceive, they deceive themselves with the lies they tell, that becomes a habit and so on and so forth.

  • Right there is one more reason not to enter a court.Learn to play "intelligent ping pong" with the first NOTICE until they see you are not going to contract.Don't dishonour the notice reach for your bat and smack the ball right back.

  • I tried doing that with a parking ticket here in the states and they increased they said they would increase the amount three fold if I did not pay. I don't have any money (been unemployed for months now) so I was scared and payed have u had success with this?

  • I have, get a Copy of your states UCC code, make the negotiable insturment (the bill they send you) turn it into a MONEY ORDER, write in blue ink, Pay to: the court name and address already on the bill. Autograph it, put a 2 cent US post stamp on it, sign across the stamp, date it, make a color copy for yourself, send it back to them registered mail, return reciept. When they accept it from the PO the debt is discharged. The UCC is the law for negotiable insturments, so know what it says.

  • nice thank you so much

  • how does that let you off paying it? dont you have to pay the same amount as the bill for a money order?

  • The process is different in the UK, but essentially you can turn the negotiable instrument into money.

You don't get let off paying. Providing the right instrument and balancing the books IS paying.

    Hope that helps.

  • im struggling to understand what money is, people keep telling me is doesnt exist exept in fiat money terms, if the negotiable instrument is say fiat money, how can i turn that into money? sorry for being a dumbo, and thanks for the reply.

  • Remember that when the government needs money, they write bonds (a form of negotiable instrument). These instruments can be fungible or non-fungible.

They are then either traded for currency, or they are put through the securities exchanges and cause fictional credit to be created on the books.

The instruments provided here, if accepted correctly can also be monetized to balance books in this way.

The relevant statutes for your territory will give you the information you need. ;)

  • they are trying to automate the system in the same way they have done in germany.

Basically everything and everything leaves you with a 10 day time to react to in writing no matter what the charge. You have to say "no" in writing, that then leaves the other party to bring up the proof! This ping-pongs 2-3 times and is called the form of negotiation. The Corp and law will try to get you into court..... it's just a ritual .... don't ever say you "Mister. Bla" in court...

  • basically they are playing the time-game, if you don't play it then you are in dishonor, meaning the automation will use that to automate a court order/act/law against you. Then you owe the govt and the "creditor" - "contract holders" and then your in their web. without any kind of signature involved

  • it always end up with you having to send a "registered letter" of value to the "corporation or law-office" saying your not interested, send me the proof within 10 days from the date you've received this letter, if you've got a claim. They then have lose their honor if they can't meet the dead line, if they send it unregistered you write them after the deadline, that they have screwed up and can try it in court if they like ....LOL

  • Is this about a remittance and acceptance for value under ucc?

  • Sort of yeah! they've stopped issuing giro slips to pay fines, in a bid to make you 'pay' through banks. Completely missing out the strawman account and accepting for value.

  • thought so. thanks mate

  • No worries,eh!

  • Great video dude .... remember people ... you must request the remedy !
