Judge Ross missed the mark when he made his decision about the dermatologist vs. a patient who decided not to pay for services. As a lawyer, he should know better. Would he have allowed a client not to pay him if he was 15 minutes late. Doctors, because of the nature of their work, run late many times. The patient had two options; she could have rescheduled or declined the proposed services. The fact that she stayed and received the services obligated her to pay. She entered into a contract.

I just watched Ross make another bad call. Guy sold a car with blood in the truck but thought it was trany fluid. Car was sold As-Is. Ross ruled he should have disclosed the blood in the trunk. Problem is, transmission fluid is dyed red so it was an easy assumption it was that and not blood. Besides that if it was blood he could have cheaply replaced the carpeting. No point in lying about it. Ross is an idiot!

I usually agree with Judge Ross, but on Monday June 6, 2011 he was wrong, wrong, wrong, he should have checked with someone who what familiar with rodents and then set his judgement, he was to quick to judge in this case.
