not to distract from the point but.....the tardis model is fantastic :-)

The Tardis was created by a fellow named Hastran. I have tweaked the textures a little and added a new door sign. Its one of the best Tardis models I've seen on the internet. You can find it over at Turbosquid, or google it and you will find a free version around.

Great work Jon, I've never been able to do organic models, but I do know rigging them can be quite a task, you seem to have this set up pretty well mate

Great! I like the monochrome filter you have going on there. Though, he does remind me of a near-life-like version of Baron von Frankenstein from Rankin/Bass' "Mad Monster Party"

A few more alterations added. I've made his costume more accurate, and added a few facial morphs. Still rather puppet like at this stage, but I will change that later on. I'm going to work on his hair more in the next video.
