Have you ever heard of Willhelm Reich? He has a whole type of psychotherapy based on muscular armor. He wouldn't focus on what people were saying during a session. He would notice the muscular patterns and tension in the face and body (mostly face).

Maybe there is a blockage in your heart or shoulder chakras. Normall buildup of energy blockages or negative energy causes pain. Try opening them.

If you use this video to clear your aura and

wipe away any negative energy around you from

others, it amazingly cleans cleans cleans your personal energy field. Doesn't matter that it isn't a clear image because if you use the sound/visuals..and stare at the center of the image, the video does its wonders. Combination of sound therapy, hypnosis, and brain entrainment, I think.
