Philly& Las Vegas? Charlotte, NC is one of US's cleanest cities. Although it's a tad bit small compared to the big cities. It's comparable to size with Atlanta, another aprropriately clean city. i love your city. but the problem is that there are too many hakujin. when i took the subway, there was always a stupid hakujin in front or behind me. i wanted to swear at them. that ruined my trip to japan. many hakujin go there to teach english but the underlying motive is to get japanese girls or boys. hakujin is disgusting. trouble makers!
