@EmmyDelight As I recall, NOLF 2 didn't carry the points over from game to game. NOLF 1 did, however, thus allowing you to go back and explore secret areas which you previously missed because you didn't know how to toss a grappling line at the time.

Also there's no health or armor and you have a gun with infinite shots. You should get something more rewarding than killing guards before they block the street or close a gate besides catching up to the guy on the unicycle since he can't die in this mission.
I agree this mission is really funny but it's not that realistic and well made in difficulty. What I mean is that it would have probably been faster to walk/run, they are going so slow that the mime king on the unicycle sits and waits for them and easily outruns them when needed and he can't die and disappears at a dead end, and this part can be rather hard on superspy difficulty since you can't dodge enemies and they can shoot and kill you fast so it's hard to shoot them before they shoot you.
Oh how I loved this game! I remember the first time the guy's coat was pulled off to reveal the unicycle. I nearly died laughing. But when I described it to friends they just didn't get it :/

They put so much effort into making these games ooze the period. They are very fun and solid gameplay experiences. Besides... anytime you add Scotsman wearing kilt + tricycle + machine gun + mimes + unicycle + chase sequence... you always = WIN! ALWAYS!

Is it possible to actually kill the Mime King without him escaping here? I doubt it but I think thats kind of stupid. But then again the Mime King can go much faster than you on a tricycle, (you might even be able to run faster without a tricycle lol) so he could have ran away whenever he wanted to.
much more fun in coop mode where you can die and respawn off of the tricycle and run around after the guy, too bad some people don't know the entire games coop in multiplayer...everyones just to lazy to download a couple mods to the game and expect everything to be there upon release...its probably why such wounderful games get turned down like this..they expect the developers to do EVERYTHING FOR THEM....just like xbox

Ok I was just wondering cause I was searching it on google and couldn't find anything (didn't look too long though) and besides I need someone who would actually wan't to play through the whole thing with me maybe on a day we were board or something cause me and my friend played through the whole default coop mode in one sitting and its really nothing compared to the actually whole game, I would like to faces bosses with another person though, It'd be fun.
On another note, where did he get all that HP? Especially for such a small guy? Shoot him that many times he will never die in that mission, but dies super fast in the boss fight with him, maybe cause you shot him alot in this mission XD. It'd be cool if they made some system where you would have to shoot him more in the boss fight if you shot him less in this mission, and vice versa, but not below a certain amount so you can't only shoot him once in the boss fight XD.

Yeah it is and it ruins the point of the mission since all u gotta do is survive by killing the other bad guys. And it dosn't make much sense cause if he was wearing some type of armor, it didn't look like it was on his head. All I can say is he is GOD-like in this mission lol.
Speaking of wich in this video you actually didn't shoot him too much... compared to what I usually do at least. Even though it dosn't matter, I try to shoot him as top priority whenever he is in my view. I think the point of getting through the gate in time is so that you can have a good several dozen shots on him on that straight away ahead. Thats where you can shoot him the most. If the gate closes, you don't see him as much in the detour. Still haven't killed him though XD.
Lol yeah that was surprising I wonder why he is riding around under a coat all the time its not like he saw that coming. Maybe as some illusion act or something. But at the same time, I was still laughing at seeing the tricycle you have to ride on and about the previous part of the seen as well.
@MrPushhere ...and when you have a powerhouse like Magnus Armstrong at the pedals, you're pretty much unstoppable...as long as you don't let the mimes shoot you about a hundred times. :-D

Yeah they're both very fun, I dunno if you can get both of them from the bargain bin or something, the first one is one of my favorite games.
The second one works on any problems the first one had, and adds to it, but I just feel the first one is plain classic, love the story.

*sniff* I love this game ....and killing Mimes. I bought Contract J.A.C.K. used, but never played it (don't have much time for games anymore.) Are the cut scenes and dialog as good as in NOLF1 and NOLF2? The humor is a huge part of the appeal of the NOLF series for me.
