Hello rach, ever since I've started watching your videos and since subscribed to your videos you hav inspired me to really show how creative I could be every thing you do is so incredible. Just a few quick questions , where did you perchase the word plates and I've also seen tree and nature plates, also what is the spray ink at the beginning of this video called and is it spray ink thank you so much for inspiring me and I look forward to watching many more videos :)
Another WONDERFUL PROJECT. Love your work. Just wanted to let everyone know we carry ATC albums on our website (amstamps.com) as well as the OPALS embossing enamels that were used on the chipboard letters. Can't wait to see what you do next!!!!
@amstamps Thanks for your comment. I've added annotations to the video to let people know you stock these items - I did add one for the Opals, but it wasn't showing for some reason - all fixed now though hopefully :-)
I am absolutely gobsmacked! This is the coolest video I have seen in a long time. I have a ATC blank book and I am going to cover it using this idea. Thanks so much for the inspiration.
I have been working with ATC's for a youth group project and wonder where to find the ATC Binder. Do you remember where to purchase that? I have been looking online but nothing has popped up.
@JTVIRTUEOUS Hi, sorry, I've had the folder some time, and don't remember where I purchased it, but try looking for places that sell collectable cards such as Pokamon cards, football cards etc - these are ATC size and they usually sell folders and other storage things for ATCs. The brand of the folder is Ultra-Pro - Maybe Googling that will help.
btw, I wanna ask about the embossing.. I tried to do it myself, but failed... I have no idea why, but my embossing ink pad and the powder were kept for too long, is that a possible problem? and no, the ink pad was not dried out or anything. (and I think they were kept for a long time because they looked quite old when I bought them.. :/)
@natyiu I'm not really sure why you are having problems - some of my powders are nearly 10 years old, but still work just fine - Is your heat tool too powerful and blowing the powders away? The Ranger hairdryer type is best for embossing with UTEE as it is gentler. The only other issue I can think of is that you are not putting enough ink onto the substrate, or perhaps using a brand other than Versamark some brands are less sticky and the powders don't adhere properly. Hope that helps.
I really look forward to your videos, you are such a source of inspiration to me! The things you create are simply amazing. The cover of this book is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your talent with us!
I absolutely loved watching your latest video. I really like the tech you did for covering your project. Ive seen you do something like it before & I tried it out on a card album im making for my husband. I haven't finished it yet but when I showed him the cover & told him I learnt the tech from a video you posted, he really liked the way it came out. Thankyou so very much for sharing your amazing talent with us all. Take care, Hugs, Lee :-)
hiya rach , great vid. as usual , love how the album turned out , can i ask where you got your serif essentials alphabet die ? cant find a die with large letters like yours anywhere ? thanks and happy crafting xmaggiex
