@sushipwnsus this one wasn't the best for first time pilots. it was a little to fragile and hard to control, but it was one of the first micro 3 channel helis, they are much more stable and less fragile now, you can even get a 4 channel one now for about the same price.

@MarcoTUV it's probably better to buy a new helicopter, this heli is not as advanced as the newer 3 channel helicopters on the market, check out some of the 3 channel syma helicopters on xheli, i think you would be very happy with one.

If you watch re runs of the Simpson's that are broadcast digitally you'll sometimes notice quick static on older episodes from the beta tapes that they either copied from or still use and convert to a digital signal. At least the ones our local broadcasters use will on occasion have nostalgic static.

got a new helicopter! its a vmax 3ch coaxial with gyro but when it goes into the air it spins clockwise so much that the trim wont fix it any suggestions?

@agentbarney01 check out my new video how to fix your rc helicopter, it talks about a common problem that can cause this, a cracked gear on one of the motors. spin the rotors slowly in your hand and see if you notice any resistance, if you feel a slight clicking then the small gear on the motor may be cracked, if you don't have an extra, you can break the gear in half, then glue it back together with epoxy and file down any extra epoxy.

Their are 2 things you can do to increase flight time

a battery upgrade is the best way to increase flight time, you can add a better battery, usually just slightly higher amp rating, but the same voltage.

the way I understand it

Voltage is charge difference, amps are related to how much power can flow.

you can make the helicopter lighter by removing any unnecessary parts, this will also increase flight time.

You have awesome skill, I'm still having problems with the rotation. Mind you the rotation control is a bit quirky. Practice is what I need, it is fun to fly. Are you able to substatute remote controlers?

Usually you can't substitute these IR controllers.

This one didn't have the best rotation control, as soon as you try to fly forward it wants to spin, mainly because of the rotor shafts rubbing together and a lack of a piezoelectric gyro to counter the spin, Most 3 channel helis made in the past year use piezoelectric gyros now, and that makes them much easier to control. syma has a bunch of really cool ones like the s026 Chinook and the s008 md500

check out the syma s026 Chinook, other then the fact that it's coaxial it's pretty close to scale, so is the syma s008
