Hey guys, I just ordered RB2 Special Edition, and might be getting it tomorrow.

When I first moved to my new house, I found a rockband drum kit just standing out in front of my next door neighbors house. I took It but the problem was that the blue and yellow didnt work well but the rest did, but after seeing this video I did exactly what the video told me to do and now I have perfect rockband drums!!!! thank you!!

on the world tour kit, you can get a hold of a cable to hook the drums up to your PC and then change the sensitivity. Ive never done it myself, but if you google it im sure you can find it!

I am aware of this, but it's only recently its began happening. It's when I've moved it upstairs. Also, sometimes, bass might activate, although I think I've fixed that. Maybe it's something to do with vibrations on the floor?

Can somebody help me? When I try & turn on my Wii Rock Band 2 drum set, it can seem to connect, the four lil' square blue lights... all four just keep blinking at the same time and won't stop.

I took a break & left the drum set on unattended for awhile, does this have anything to do with it?

if all four were flashing then it couldn't have been the battery coz they one by one fade when the battery is low. Try syncing it up to your wii again =p

I have that too. I found that when it happens just press and hold the button the drum receiver you plug into the back of the Wii. Although, if you already figured that out this comment is worthless. Oh well.

Indeed i have. I suggest buying the rockband pad silencers and installing those. Totally prevents the bubbling

my kit is sad. it has a bubble in the yellow and red pads, which is odd cuz i play lefty flip. the green had one, but it eventually fell off and i had to tape it back on. my bass pedal causes my yellow pad to go off. so does my green pad. hopefully this works! =D

no it just stops vibration, the pads are so sensitive that the vibration causes it to go off

UR RETARDED! yes, the pads are sensitive, that's what make them have crosstalk, but they're TOO sensitive. that doesn't mean its the velocity sensetivity that makes them have cross talk, its just the pads in general. Even the rock band 1 pads, they were'nt velocity sensitive but some still had crosstalk, the sensitive ones!!

indeed theyre is and its much easier! Contact the RB warranty site and let them know your drums are too sensitive. They will send you a cable and instructions on how to hook it up to your computer and make sensitivity adjustments that way!

no, i think you should buy rock band 1 full set and buy the 2nd game, i heard that every 1 of 3 drum sets are faulty and the guitar, (May not be as loud) but sometimes dont work. if you buy the first set which is cheaper then the 2nd, you will get the first game and the 2nd game for the same price as the 2nd bundle =) hope this helped

I just got the RB2 set for Christmas, and with my experience, it's head and shoulders above the original. I've been FC'ing stuff I never would've dreamed of with the original kit. The rebound has been greatly improved aswell. So much in fact it had a slight learning curve to it. I was overhitting from being used to the old amount of force I subjected my wrists to. Also they are velocity sensitive, meaning the harder you hit, the louder it is. Not to mention the oodles of fun with the cymbals...

idk...some of them still have problems. I bought a set 3 days ago and the very next day it broke. The bass pedal doesn't respond and when I hit the yellow pad it automatically plays a bass note. And every once in a while my drums will just start to control themselves and scroll through menus without me even being in the room. I have a video of the problem if you want to see for yourself.

Basically, yes. I just used Cotton socks, crew i believe. I cut em in about 3rds, folded them once, and put the socks directly under where theres Padding already.
