open tv up & wiggle some ribbon connectors or call vizio repair center it could be a recall warranty.

experience that symptom because of connection between buffer PCB and panel. Some cases, dirty connection may cause this symptom.
Un plug power cord, open rear cover, fine pcb on upper or lower panel.
unplug flat cables from pcb buffer, clean socket using a brush. And also clean flat cables using cleaner or alcohol.
Wait until that connection dry. reassembly and try it.
