I totally understand how u feel.I have experienced couple of times,where some of my friends laughed at me when i'd tried to pronounce some english words but, they sounded weird.like,its really insulting cos like u said at least i'm trying.
In the UK we have Rememberance Day (I don't know which other countries do) and there is a 2 minute silence at 11:00. I work in a supermarket it and it amazes me how many people can't shut up for 2 minutes, I don't care if they don't support Rememberance, only whether they can shut up for 2 minutes and respect the right of other people to observe the silence in peace.
Not all Arabs are late many do have respect and turn up on time. There are a lot of "white girls" as yuou put it that turn up late. So please don't paint people with the same brush that's rude and my pet peeve

And it's quite sad people can't take things more lightly. This channel is suppose to be for fun. Not us having to explain our actions to others. Lol yeah i agree with lateness.. I am Arab but always early never late seriously and it makes me look like an idiot among my friends funny huh? So when party really starts at 7pm i always 6pm cause then they will come on time.
its called CPT, or EPT lol. Colored People Time or Ethnic People Time, and I must say, i'm very guilty. And to answer why we never leave 15 minutes early when we are always 15 minutes late, is because each time you think you are doing well on time just up until you're running...yepp, you guessed it, 15 MINUTES LATE LOL.
@LOVErandomME OMG...YOU ARE SOOOOOO RIGHT!!! I try REALLY hard to be on time! I actually have all of my clocks set 15-25 minutes ahead so I'll be on time. I have 2 extremes- really early or really late. And CPT- bwahahahah! Yeah, I'm guilty.

Jamaicans even have a "Jamaican time"! dont you find it weird that when it comes to meeting a person somewhere there are people who are sooo late but when they have a doctor/dentist appointment..they are on time! I aughed when you said you panic when you are late, some people walk in like its all good and nothing is happening! ahah Youre really likeable and soooo sweet!
