  • $3 per person?! WTH dude you might as well eat out at that price!

  • who knows the song?

  • You sound kind of frustrated with the viewer... like gah why do i have to explain everything to you!! -_-

  • i will never understand how you guys can eat such heavy things to the breakfast...

it looks very tasty, but not tasty at the morning :s!

    btw. love your videos awsm)))

  • @BinaGfx hangover food!

  • this is american breakfast XD? i've never had potatoes for breakfast! looks soooo great!

  • @makemeup17 You've never had hash-browns or anything like that?

  • @kulktishsipsagain uhm... no?

  • @makemeup17 Lol, I like how you respond as if you have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about.

  • SUSCRIBED!!! LOVE U BABEE!!!!

  • great vid :)

  • I don't know why people spend their time making negative comments on a video like this. It is very well done, whether you agree with all the ingredients or style or not. Ex: I don't care for chorizo, but I'm not going to go off on some tangent completely irrelevant to the video itself. It's senseless. Is healthy? Isn't that relative the value system we ascribe to? In other words, its subjective. Lighten up people, some of you are too miserable. Great upload HealthyNation. TY for your service

  • @TheEthericOne ...what exactly do you mean by value system?

  • @kaisergrendel - I mean that some of us are vegetarians (there are different forms of this classification), some are vegans, Some eat turkey, fish & chicken, but no beef or pork. Others refrain from pork only, etc. Some of us are specific about hydrogenated vs cold pressed oil, GMOs vs non-GMO etc. At the end of the day, those of us making our food choices from a conscious place is doing so based on what has been learned & accepted as healthy & that affects how we see things.

  • @TheEthericOne Thanks for replying. Though I completely agree that we are all biased in some way towards what constitutes healthy eating, it doesn't mean there aren't paradigms that are objectively healthier, whether we possess the ability to determine that or not.

While people can tend to be childishly dismissive of other viewpoints, I wouldn't have attempted to stifle critique altogether as you have. "It's subjective" shouldn't be used in discussions about very real causes and effects, imo.

  • very very stupid way to cut up a piece of garlic.!

  • 2:00 DOGGIE :D

  • HOW IS THIS BREAKFAST!? Way to rich and not healthy for breakfast if you ask me.

    Looks delicious for lunch though

  • @UARoy1 everything is unhealthy...sun exposure, living anywhere near automobiles, working in a convenience store at night, joining the military, riding a motorcycle......anyway, living long is very over rated. I want to die young while I still have money, my mind and full control of my bowels. Both my parents lived well past 80 and it was pure hell for them....diminishing savings, bad health, the enevitable effects of old age.....no way....i do not want to live long

  • food glorious food, hot sausage and mustard!

  • this is going on my list for Christmas

  • My fave breakfast is weetabix with sliced peaches sugar, milk and custard in a big bowl.

  • i love you....please feed me

  • looks good

  • That is my favorite breakfast!! But I LOVE the idea of leftover roasted tomatoes in place of ketchup!! Yumm!!

  • Not bad. I'm going to want those potatoes crispier and a big dollop of ketchup though. Now then. You asked viewers to tell you what their favourite breakfast is. Mine is as follows. Wake up. Enter whichever girl is beside me. Come. Then, orange juice, big mug of tea. Then take a large french baguette and fill it with as many sausages, fried eggs and rashers of bacon as you can, and top with tomato sauce. Take that back to bed with the papers and then have a snooze.

  • stupid bitch added salt to not boiled potatos

  • love! <3

  • Great vid thanks.

  • i wish my gf could cook. im not very good at cooking but even I can cook better than her.

  • @90abyss It's stealing paintings from the lourve - the bicycats

  • classic all-american breakfast with choriso... Hmmm... alright...

  • seems delicious

  • Absolutely tasty & good

  • @freemanx2x. I'm curious to know what u look like? Who are you to tell someone to lose weight? It's people like you that make girls anorexic. She looks fine the way she is.

  • @madambutrfly23 First of all i didnt tell her to lose weight ! I sad that she would be even more beautiful...If you think that we should not make people to have a healtier body and life, than i think you are wrong...People who abuse food (and other things) dont have respect for it. 90% of the world is in huger and some of us can't stop to stuff their heads ...

  • It's 12:30 at night and all I want now is your breakfast! Looks great...

  • I agree you'r eye's are beautiful & the hash & egg's will be hitting my breakfast table here in London soon mum mum mum.

  • looks good i might try it thanks

  • You would be even more pretty if you would lose like 15 pounds ! ...just leave the potatoes out of your breakfast...

  • Comment removed

  • @freemanx2x No need for that kind of comment, besides she looks great, has made a great video, and the food looks really tasty

  • Awesome! thanks :)

  • dont be so god dam rude, girls with curves are much nicer. Anyway skin the tomatoes and put the potatoes in with the garlic and sausage, I say this because it would be better, i know this because i am the greatest chef/troll online.

  • you should eat fecking lettuce for breakfast not potatoes, loose weight girl

  • You can parboil the potatoes quickly using a microwave oven.

  • You're pretty

  • This looks great. I love the idea of cracking the eggs in a cup first. I'm going to start doing that from now on because cracking them in the skillet never worked for me. Good video.

  • Oh my god, this looks soooo delicious!!! (*o*) ♥ I know what I'm eating tomorrow morning!!! :9

  • I like the concept of your cooking vidoes........thanks. Talk a tad slower please. Helps my brain (as deficient as it is) keep up. Best wishes.............

  • @JDLOCKON its nice ambience aint it?

  • @ashwinkga Yeah :)

  • favorite dish: anything

  • why the fuck do you call it all american? this breakfest originated from england! aah.. damn americans tryna steal everyones culture lol

  • whats with the song

  • i only have time for a yogurt to go lol i wakeup at 7:45 and brysh my teeth do my makeup put on my uniform and runnnnnnn

  • gaddzzzzz

  • Best removing sausage meat before adding potatoes as they will colour 100 times better if they are on their own with 2/3 olive oil 1/3 butter.

Olive oil stops butter burning and the butter gives a nice colour to the POTATOE ( said like Keith Lemon)

  • looks great.....

  • I'm so hungry now...and subscribed!!!

  • lol "take your sausage out of its casing".

    Yes ma'am

  • I can't find a printed copy of the recipe. Do you supply this?

    Please advise.

  • That looks amazing!

  • Fuck I'm hungry,why I watched this video?

  • cuz my ol` lady keeps making me breakfast just like dis....its fuccn animal...

  • omg u awsome!!! greetings from chile

  • i made this and felt like something was missing. i added curry to it. definitely the way to go i think.

  • i tend to poach the eggs in just water and salt... same effect (set white, runny yolk) and a lot less oil, Toast and beans on the side.

If i do intend to eat potatoes as breakfast.....

I dont have the patience to make the potato hash as a separe dish, I just boil the potatoes and make egg scramble with potatoes and chorizo

  • Yes! Breakfast meat... head cheese... potted meat.... hot dogs... heck use all three!

  • What did you feed the poor dog? He/She looks hungry....lol

  • song?

  • Olive oil with eggs? And using more oil to cook already greasy sausage?

  • I think she is paid by the word!!!! In those 4.18 min. she had said at least 5.000 words....... Jesus

  • $3.00 A SERVING?!?!? You might as well go out to a greasy spoon/diner and have someone cook this meal for you! Sheesh!

  • Working class? Sausage that's $11/lb and boxed organic eggs? laffo.

Want to eat well, skip the weekend hippie markets and visit your local butcher and farm stands.

  • Crispy. The potatos need to be a crispy golden brown. And the eggs go on top so the yolk can run down over everything and coat it with deliciousness. But, yes, this is a form of the classic, quintessential "American" breakfast.

  • Needs more cowbell.

  • I still don't know how to make an omelet but I do know how to steal paintings from the Louvre.

  • Your eyes are beautiful.

  • @spabank no mines are

  • are scalyens and green onions the same thing?

  • Is it morning yet? Can't wait for some breakfast..

  • I grew up eating these types of meals I never had any cereals as my breakfast of choice.

  • yummy it looks good! nice song and cute dog!

  • Made this for breakfast this morning. It came out slightly different because I had to use store bought ingredients, but it's still delicious! Thanks for this! It's super easy.

  • nice! you could do a frittata as well

  • You got all that fancy equipment in your kitchen (stand mixer, high end knifes) yet you don't own a $20 garlic press, for shame.

  • @pavelow235 Real chefs cut food up their selves D:

  • OMG I'm hungry now

  • @8she8 ye ;S

  • Bran flakes, raisins, Chopped strawberries, flax cereal and Vanilla soy milk!

  • @BlakLotus yuck

  • @cronochos hey, I eat blueberry pancakes and sausage too :D

  • @BlakLotus lol im just joking with you.. i just had breakfast at like 3pm today! it was good.. your sounds super healthy and is not a bad thing.. have a good day!

  • @cronochos :D I like happy endings~

  • @BlakLotus lol this made my day.. or night actually!!

  • @cronochos haha ikwukm

  • @BlakLotus good night!

  • I actually made this for my husband couple weeks before he left for pre-deployment training & HE LOVED IT!!! so did I :)

  • Hi, thanks for sharing your food ideas!

I have a quick question - what's the name of the song played during your intro and where can I get it?

  • How could I make this vegetarian?

  • @charlotte4112 You can crumble in extra firm tofu instead of the sausage and season it to your preference or used chopped mushrooms. =)

And if you don't eat eggs, well, then omit them (and maybe scramble up some tofu with turmeric and seasonings for a tofu scramble).

    Just ideas =)

  • @charlotte4112 probably use vegetables.

  • A Full English is my favorite breakfast ever. Eggs, Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausage and Mashed Potato. I could never eat it these days, but it's nice to think about it. Yum.

  • Great Value! Thanks for sharing.

  • keep the faith.,cya

  • Good video, but music in the background is a little cheezy.

  • wow, I am impressed! yummers! You are pretty too. Time for breakfast!!!

  • working class food is great, what about student class? poor student~

  • @ampz37 well students aren't a class?

  • Will you make Poi please I love taro root, but have never found a good recipe for Poi.

  • urbs...?? what happened to the H?? >.<

  • that is great. im gonna make hash browns for the whole house tomorrow. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • Beautiful egg yolks! I could eat eggs everyday!

  • My breakfast of choice is oatmeal ( steel cut) on my workweek, and egg in a hole on the weekends. But I'll have to try the home made hash (hash from a can I've had....)

  • is that a wooden knife??

  • Costs would go way down if you replaced the chrorizos (10.99/lb) with ground beef, pork or turkey (2.99/lb) and seasoned it yourself. Also, freeze-dried (frozen) herbs are just as good as fresh but, again, at a fraction of the price. Enjoyed the video though and will defs make it for the gf this long weekend (Canadian).

  • @mrami013 Thanks for the feedback. The chorizo was $5/lb. We used 1 large sausage which, as you can see in the video, cost $3.40. A little pricier than grocery-store-quality ground meat? Yes, but it was fresh, flavorful, & housemade with ethically raised & sourced meat. And it was already well-seasoned with paprika, a little cumin, and hot pepper, which means we didn't have to spend any extra money on seasonings. Growing your own herbs in a garden/window box is the cheapest way to get those.

  • Comment removed

  • @artfuse growing your own herbs is awesome :) and the chorizo did look good, I just saw 10.99/lb (00:32) and thought it was a bit out of my price range. I'll try making it with ground veal or pork and add the rest from the spice rack. But, again, I'm just throwing my 2c in, I thought it looked great.

  • @mrami013 Yeah - the label on the chorizo does definitely say $10.99/lb. The market told me it was an error in their label printing machine but that the price was right (which, at $5/lb and over 1/2 lb in weight, $3.40 works out). Of course, ground beef, veal, pork, or turkey etc would be delicious as well. We'd love to see yours if you do make it! Thanks again for the feedback, we love our thoughtful fans and the great ideas you share with us :)

  • I wil try this.

  • coca pops! :D

  • Classic, all American breakfast? Don't think so..!

  • @FirefightersTV To each their own! What, to you, is the classic American breakfast? We've seen this in diners across the country as a 'blue plate' special - hash (usually potatoes and corned beef) with 2 eggs 'any way you like 'em' and a side of toast. What's your favorite breakfast?

  • @artfuse ......eggs, bacon, home fries, toast...! Classic American, simple as that..!

  • @FirefightersTV This isn't very different...eggs, meat and potatoes with toast. We just chose to do something different than bacon. If you don't add meat to these potatoes, they are home fries.

  • sigh. just had cold vegetable soup from a can :(

  • my fav is two eggs overeasy with a popover and sliced strawberries with yogurt

  • What you have made is called Pyttipanna in Sweden. We serve this with sliced red beet.

  • Honestly... it's this meal right here, with a glass of freshly squeazed OJ. After the meal is done, a warm cup of coffee to tie it off... :3

  • Wow, I have never had that much food for breakfast. I just have some jam on bread or fruit and tea.

  • black coffee, almonds, whole wheat english muffin w/ smashed avocado on top w/ a drizzle of honey on it:) yummy!

  • How's the newsletter working for you? Love the show btw.

  • You are back! So Humphrey's face was priceless!

  • Oh my goodness! I wanted to let you know that I made the pasta that you showed a while ago! IT was the most amazing thing I've had in my life! <3 Thank you so much! It was super duper easy. I just made it simple with pesto and salad. It was delicious! Thanks so much

  • For the past two weeks I've been eating pasta for breakfast because of the recipe shared from Brendon. I can't stop making it! I'm rushing to the market now, though to get Soyrizo and red potatoes to make this. :D

  • nice editing

  • waffles or french toast for sunday breakfast yum! I especially like the way Alton Brown does his french toast though I can't make that custard all the time haha

  • I made a similar dish a few months ago. Im going to post it as a video response if thats OK :)

  • @PlatypusGuitar yeah... du so, would bi nice :)

  • @PlatypusGuitar Awesome, please do submit it as a video response!

  • I'm a fan of grits. Usually with a sausage biscuit, venison sausage is optimal.

  • @mysticladyrachel yum, we like the way you think.

  • Can you suggest an individual or a set of knives? Now that my wife and I are really starting to settle in and be more "homemakers" we are irritated that our old cheap walmart knives tear through out food rather than cutting it. Love your videos.

  • @wolvee123 The best way to pick out knives is to try some on for size...go to a kitchen/home appliance store and ask if you can try some knives out. You want the knife to feel balanced and comfortable in your hand - an extension of your wrist. It shouldn't be uncomfortable to hold and you should feel confident about using it. Ideally you want the knife and handle to be one solid piece - not 2 pieces screwed together. The right knife for you could be a $200 Shun or a $30 blade from Ikea.
