I really like this song, but.. It's pretty sad and scary. This kind of reminds me of the English song "Ring-Around-The-Rosy" which is about the Plague killing everyone. How people had flowers in their pockets to ward of the smell of dead bodies, and then they burned the bodies to ashes in the streets and "We all fall down" meant "We will all die". But what do I know, I'm not English xD So sorry if my English is poor.

"Ring around the Rosie a pocket full of Posies" It when they carried flowers, which I believe were called Posies, to ward off the smell of burning ash and decaying bodies.

"Ashes, Ashes" is how they would set fire to piles of corpses in the streets and houses so they could burn the dead and quarentined.

"We all fall down" meant they all thought they would die, because so many people were killed by it.
