  • Prosser is a psychopath. We must work on getting him off the state supreme court. We did it earlier this year but illegal vote manipulation in waukesha county put him back on the court. Well, at least, for now the state senate will be Democratic soon. I wonder how many other delaying tactics will be utilized by the Republicans.

  • Get ready for some recalls, GOP.

  • Walker is doing great things! The gov workers are way overpaid in benefits.

  • Prosser declared the winner, KloppenCunt gets to go back to screwing the productive parts of society on the local level. God willing, she has a fatal car accident and dies a painful death.

  • up by 7,500 votes.... bhwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • PROSSER FTW!!!

Unions can kiss the back side of Wisconsin. The people have spoken and your puppet Kloppenburg lost.

  • @Freedan111 The people have spoken and "WOW" I like what they said. Nice work Wisconsin! The right choice has been made.

  • Rubes!! Wisconsin's next gubernatorial election isn't until 2014... Stick to what you know... which is... ahh... umm... I'm sure your union leader will tell you what to think.

  • Go Walker/Prosser, now that sounds like a great ticket for the 2012 pres. election.

  • All that out-of-state money backing Kloppenburg and they still lose. Face it... this is what we, the Wisconsin tax payer, want. Walker is going nowhere but the White House.

  • @Terra812 How about Limbaugh for pres, and we get to keep Walker in Wis!!!! That would be great!

  • So happy that he won today.

  • Haha.. 7,500 votes!!!!

  • He libs,

    Ha ha hahah haaahahahahahah!

  • Winner, David Prosser!!!!!!! Winner, Wisconsin!!!!!!

  • Hey Prosser . How did the election turn out . Rubber stamp .. Get your things out !!! Loser!!! Just a teaser on how would Scott Walker end in 2012 for a recall

  • @XJuanwikoX how in the hell can you recall Walker, when the union thugs and Liberals stuck millions in a highly blue state. Turned a Supreme Court election in a referendum over Walker, and Prosser Wins..

  • @XJuanwikoX You stupid lib. How ya feelin today?

  • @hannityforpres Very good how about yourself. Rubber stamp Prosser would lose the recount .. There are more ballots to be counted. And come 2011 Scott Walker would be out looking for a Job. Can't wait to see that.. bye bye Prosser.

  • @XJuanwikoX Idiot. You can't overcome 7500 votes in a recount. Maybe a few hundred. And Walker CANT be out in 2011, as you said, a recall would be in 2012, and he will win that .

  • @hannityforpres Yeah It's 2012. And he would be out 100% sure (if a recall happens) . Have you seen his approval ratings (very bad) . Let's just wait and see who wins the Supreme Court election.

  • @hannityforpres Sorry I didn't saw the latest news. Yeah she lost. Scott is out come 2012. bigger turn out +Presidential year with Obama. Wisconsin is a blue state something you can't change.

  • Its amazing how the unions want to blame Scott Walker and Fox News for the loss of their collective bargaining rights. Hey union people its your own greed that did you in. You made your greedy bed now sleep in it.

  • voting for prosser.

  • Oh, and stop inserting this shitty advertisement into YouTube videos - it makes me want to vote for Prosser.

  • i54(dot)tinypic(dot)com/292v38l(dot)jpg

Replace the (dot) with a .

One more reason not to visit their site.

  • Maybe some Dems should go back to school. Seeems there Teachers did not help them. I see this ad, so the Judge who upholds the law said Walkers Bill broke no laws. (just becuse he sideds with Walker on other things does not make him bend the law.) So if this Judge bent the law for walker how come the Dems have not taken it up to the next leavle of courts??? hummmmmm oh thats right they want to make TV ads bashing someone that did no harm. only Obayed the Law.

  • @NRATodd You're funny; "Dems should go back to school" but you can't even spell "level." ("leavle")This is the Wisconsin Supreme Court--there is no higher court they can appeal to. Why don't you think twice before posting a nonsensical, ignorant, AND misspelled comment?

  • Kloppenburg is a union lackey. Public unions are like gangsters demanding our money. Vote for Prosser

  • @JoePella I have seen a pattern between teatards, they tend to call unions "thugs" and "gangsters." You can thank Fox News for ingraning that in you.

  • @MrSmiles4miles The union tarts were thugs even back in the 30's. Nothing has changed, except their numbers have been on the decline for the past few decades. They did it to themselves.

  • Oh my the Unions will attack Grandmas and very descent Judges who have never gone outside the law in his decisions ..

We need to stand up to this .

Retiring teachers are not retiring because of Gov Walker.and the small contribution he asks them to pay to their own benefits. And they certainly arent retiring over this new law that fixes the states budget deficit and promotes jobs

  • @Yababoos123 NO. They are retiring because the schools are going to be garbage once Walker bleeds 1 BILLION dollars out of them. Plus ignorant low lives calling them names and not appreciating the work they do. Maybe you missed the part where they said Walker could have the money no problem, they just didn't want him taking away their rights?

I hope this molester protecting old hot head who likes to call other judges 'Bitches" and to threaten them gets tossed out in the gutter like trash.

  • Yes Prosser will be a rubber stamp as so he should. The issue is not whether a justice AGREES with the law the issue is whether the law violates the state constitution. Kloppenburg will strike down this law by LEGISLATING from the bench and in so doing will undermine the Democratic process.

Does anyone on the left understand much less care about our democracy?

  • This video makes sense if you have no knowledge of anything past the last month. Prosser has been in the Supreme Court for 12 years & has been conservative the whole time. Walker has been in office since November. Prosser could not have been copying Walker his whole career; and he has not changed since Walker has been elected; he simply has - and has had- a similar point of view.

It is un-fair for him to be attacked so much. If it wasn't just about Walker, it would've been done 11 years ago.

  • @ShishkabibbleKT You dumb. Prosser and Walker were representatives together and THAT is where Prosser voted with Walker 95% of the time. I want to say it was 1996 but I am not 100% on that.

  • @TheMasterTate So. you're mad about something he did FIFTEEN years ago and are kicking him out NOW. Why didn't you do this YEARS ago. Point is, if Prosser was a bad justice, and that's what this was about, this would have been done a long time ago. But that's not what it's about. People are mad about the recent doings by Walker and are now attacking Prosser to gain an un-fair handle on the issue from a back-way. It's pretty messed up, immoral, and against democracy.

  • The middle class?! LMAO! You people have seriously lost your mind. Only 10% of the nation's workers belong to unions but you like to claim THEY are the middle class?! HAHA! You guys are even more crazy than the tea party.

  • He's a slimeball in the pockets of billionaires.

  • OK I SUPPORT THE MESSAGE OF THIS AD BUT SEEING IT AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY OTHER YOUTUBE VIDEO I WATCH IS BORDERLINE SPAM, AND DEFINITELY ANNOYING.

  • @SHADOSTRYKR That's how ad works, dood. Get over it. No need to shout, either.

  • Taxpayers should have a voice at the table when bargaining for compensation. Government labor unions rely on taxpayer dollars to fund everything from their salaries, health care and pensions. You cannot continue to indefinitely squeeze everything you want out of the non-government employee taxpayer. We are tired of paying for everything for you while you contribute little or nothing to your health insurance and pensions. Get real. We have to work to feed our families, too, not just yours.

  • @TheCatsMeow130 Say it like it is!

  • Taxpayers should have a voice at the table when bargaining for compensation. Government labor unions rely on taxpayer dollars to fund everything from their salaries, health care and pensions. • "Kloppenburg defeats Prosser" here on Youtube.....tee.hee.....

  • If you work for a living you're not a person. Not to Republicans.

What you are is labor. And all they want is for you to be cheaper, and less trouble.

  • It's heartening to see the veil of bullshit and lies that the Regressive party puts forth is finally being torn aside, so we can see the ugly truths they put forward. The Regressives claim to be on the peoples' side, but instead give handouts and tax breask to corporations while making the working class pay more. They claim to be for small government, but instead wish to expand government to unreasonable degrees. I stand with those wishing to take back Wisconsin from Prosser and Walker.

  • I love how this Prosser character was so eager to compare himself to Walker and basically say he wants to be Walkers lap dog when the republicans were voted in but now that people see what kind of criminals they are now he is all impartial and non-partisan. I mean look at the stuff he was saying between November and February 10th, it was all, "i am republican! I mirror Walker! I complement him!" now he is trying to say he is not a partisan hack.

Please. We can see through this crook.

  • Question the motives for discrediting Prosser.

Rubber stamp for Walker? No, more like doing what's right by upholding the law, which is also the will of the people.

Good lick Mr. Prosser! In it to win it! We the taxpayers need you!

  • search youtube for "prosser for the win" =) oh hey by the way, the bill was published today lol

  • @lolololoolllool That still doesn't provide the FACTS of the cases. Those are just a synopsis at best. I'm sure those are the "worst" ones you could find too, and still haven't provided the critical facts. Regardless, believe it or not, there ARE some cases where the "evil corporation" is actually the victim of a lawsuit or a thousand. @$2 zillion McDonald's coffee spilled on your own lap anyone?? :)

  • SEE, SEE. Walker's in bed with the law makers other politicians and big business. He'll stop at nothing to rape the working people of Wisconsin. He wants us to pay for everything. This animal and his cronies must be removed. He has to GO one way or another!!! Keep the rich and corporations from destroying our way of life. Vote the scum out!!! Screw Walker and everything his tea bags stand for. We arn't gonna take anymore of his crap!!

  • "As a judge, Prosser has sided with corporations, and against workers." Are you people KIDDING me at this point??? What about the FACTS of the case?? Is that not important for a JUDGE and/or us (in this ad) to know?? A judge's inquiry is supposed to stop at "OK...what side is the corporation in this case? Oh, the Defendant? OK, I'm ruling for the Plaintiff. Case closed." ???? Worst/most ridiculous campaign ad I have ever seen in my life, right here. Soooo preposterous.

  • This is the most annoying ad. It's on every freekin youtube video!! Get it out of my face!!

  • @spencertron88 agreed

  • All politicians don't have to pay for any health insurance? I think we all deserve that luxury!! What makes them so special?

Senate and congress gets paid more than our president!

Scott Walker never graduated from college, how did he even become governor?

Is that what we've started setting our standards to? Uneducated politicians?

    I think America deserves better!

  • Scott Walker resists any negotiation.

They think they are right and are unwilling to change.

Scott Walker is why we're in debt. Had Scott Walker not become governor we would have never gotten into debt.

    Scott Walker plays people.

He does not actually care about us as the people, anything he says is only to make himself look better.

If you fall for it, then you have been played.

Do not let him get his hands into our justice. Justice should remain unbiased. Prosser would be answering to him

  • Scott Walker only cares about his republican friends, not the people.

America is supposed to be a democracy.

Taking away Collective Bargaining Rights will silence the people's voice.

Voting for Prosser will put somebody in power who agrees with Scott Walker's fascist views.

Fascist = Fascist governments forbid and suppress opposition to the state

    This is a democracy.

Taking away Collective Bargaining Rights = Against Human Rights.

Violating Human Rights & Unconstitutional law passing ??

  • Scott Walker doesn't pay for health insurance. Scott Walker is why we're in debt.

Scott Walker doesn't pay for health insurance. Scott Walker is why we're in debt.

Scott Walker doesn't pay for health insurance. Scott Walker is why we're in debt.

Scott Walker doesn't pay for health insurance. Scott Walker is why we're in debt.

Scott Walker doesn't pay for health insurance.

    Is anyone listening?

I'll keep going until you do !! :)

  • Scott walker is why we're in debt.

Scott walker doesn't pay for his health insurance.

Scott walker only cares about republicans.

We need somebody who won't spend all of Wisconsin's money on Special Interest Groups.

He just wants to bust up unions.

Taking away our collective bargaining rights will silence the people's vote.

The only people who support them are blind Republicans and those being paid by the republican parties.

    All people are equal.

Scott Walker doesn't seem to think so :/

  • Right-wing hacks will pick any "conservative" for office, even if he is a pedophile-enabling scoundrel like Prosser.

  • Thanks, I now know that Prosser is a great guy. I was afraid he might be a socialist hack, but you guys dispelled that.

  • @ComradeLibertarian @ComradeLibertarian But instead he's some raging asshole ready to help fuck America back to 1800s. Great way to pick your leadership numbnutz.

  • @SpitOnYerGravy

Sounds pretty good to me. The 1800s featured the kind of economic growth that it looks like isn't coming back. Oh, and they had Grover Cleveland.

  • I WAS going to ask if Posser could actually be removed for his behavior and statements, but I see that he got some lobbyist to rewrite an ethics rule(s) to make it "ok" for him and others to act this way. Are there any laws in place that can be used to strike down the "ok" ethics rule(s)? Either way, are there any laws in place that can be used to remove Posser from the bench? (Who would pursue that, of course, is a whole 'nother discussion, which I wouldn't have a clue about.)

  • @mrc0ls - You are right, of course. Thank you for enlightening the rest of us. I named teachers, because that is what directly affects my household (but will affect every household with children). It was unthoughtful of me not to have included the rest of the public-sector workers who are also either retiring or seeking work in another venue. We are losing such experience and knowledge. How incredibly sad.

  • @spotschmoop - not unthoughtful at all. There's a lot to talk about! Another facet of the Walker push to hobble government is this: its a long-standing goal of the American right to move as much of the public sector into private hands as possible. All the budget cutting is done under the guise of solving a supposed financial crisis, but that is just a fig leaf. Walker & Friends want to privatize public services wherever possible. Cash-strapped municipalities will be having fire sales very soon

  • Recall.

  • I can name over 100 excellent teachers who are pre-maturely retiring; there are thousands more throughout the state. We have just lost a wealth of experience, knowledge and talent in our public school systems just in my area. Gov. Walker did not save those jobs or the children who will now be affected by it with increased class sizes and not enough books and materials to go around. Gov. Walker just increased the amount of people who are unemployed -- not created or saved any jobs. Wake up!

  • @spotschmoop - I think that's part of the plan. And it isn't just teachers. Anyone in the civil service who can take early retirement will be looking into the Walker landscape and wondering why they should stay on. Many won't. So the most experienced people - the people who actually make the government work - will be retiring in large numbers. Which is the point: Scott Walker and his ilk don't want government to work. They want it to serve the Koch bothers. Screw everyone else.

  • @mrc0ls0n Not just the Koch brothers stupid. It's called the "free market".

  • @mrc0ls0n i bet you believe in ufos, assasination conspiracies and the elders of zion too.

  • @spotschmoop Why does ending collective bargaining make teachers flee? Because they only care about the money.

  • @spotschmoop Oh and btw, I live in Texas, which banned collective bargaining a long time ago. I have never been in a class with more than 25 people. Collective bargaining has nothing to do with class size. Neither does it have to do with books being purchased. How about you wake up and quit spreading your lies.

  • @spotschmoop actually new teachers will take those jobs. So saying Walker did not save those jobs is false. Everything else you said after that statement is also necessarily false.

  • @spotschmoop first of all you need to shut your fuking yap. The people just retired, they are not unemployed. BIG DIFFERENCE?? are you so stupid you dont know the difference between unemployment and retirement??? retirement does not equal unemployment duahhhh. I bet you graduated from uw-madison along with all those people that gave you a thumbs up. I remember a time when uw-madison people were intelligent. Now they just spout off propaganda.

  • @spotschmoop We need yet more highly paid teachers to retire. They are costing the taxpayers too much. We will save a ton on entry level teachers. Go Walker.

  • @pirucreek

Walker is an ASSHOLE. And so is Prosser. That would clearly make you an ASSHOLE, too!

(Fuck ad hominem - and FUCK YOU!)
