with these tablets do you have to use wifi to install apps and actually do things. or is it kind of just like an ipod touch where you need internet access to do everything. because i have been wanting to purchase one of these tablets but i dont have a lot of hotspots that i can go to everyday i really want a tab where i can actually do things with or without internet access and i was just wondering if this is just like that. and do things come preloaded already or do you need internet ?music?
