This, definitely, far more enjoyable game. VCS has Helicopters and that's about it, LCS has a much better story, better missions and a better city.

In LCS you play a man on the rise to the top, in VCS you play a man fighting a battle you already know the outcome of if you've played Vice City, and it ain't good. Cannot recommend LCS highly enough.
