This was excellent- I used butternut squash- very sweet- had no curry leaves- so used dried methi- Served it with gunpowder rice and paneer naan- it was 3 levels of amazing

we get them at a local indian supermarkets, but we get mostly everything at indian supermarkets except for processed "american" foods so i wouldnt know what is or what isn't available at regular supermarkets. There indians supermarkets in every big city and in every city with a decent indian population. They are also available online but little expensive. And apparently they're also referred to as "beluga beans".
