I use 4 DVD players, 2 Video Mixers, Video Camera, 2 or more Projectors. I make all my own DVD's and also use two lasers and a fog machine for extra visuals.
You don't strictly need "2 video sources", nor a video mixer. These things may be beneficial, depending on what you want to do, or the equipment you have. A single computer can act as multiple video sources, mixing the "video" internally.
