I don't doubt any of this is true what is being said about him. I'm ignorant about Libya but, I live in NYC and my work has introduced me to a number of Libyans and they all talk about living in fear. Some of the stories......remember, the DPRK's literacy rate improved as well.

He went from being a radical supporting often violent anti-colonial groups to a peacemaker in later life. He was the first world leader to issue an international arrest warrant for Osama Bin Laden even before 9/11. The CIA, MI5 and Mossad are now working with al Qaeda and the deposed monarchist faction to bring him down and get access to Libyas banks and oil.

- people get credit money without interest
- education and helfcare are free
- 25% of population has faculty education
- 15 cents one bread
- their are no people homeless people on the street, everyone has a place to live
- young married people receive a free place to stay from the State

No wonder the people who rule the "free" world view Libya as a problem.
