I have 36 copies of this game becouse all my freinds gave me thier sega games and everyone had sonic 2 in thier collection.

and the very first sonic 2 i have is in my special section its my Favorite game,

I loved Wing fotress and i hated Metropolis zone 3 ACTS!!! and very annoying..

but i beat that game over 100 times:)

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. I prefer Sonic 3 & Knuckles as the best. (Sonic 3 and Knuckles is what Sonic 3 was suppose to be before they got cut off by the deadline.)

I'm just glad you didn't say Sonic Adventure 2. Which I believe is the beginning of Sonic's super sonic downhill plumit.

Again Sonic 3 & Knuckles is my favorite of all time. On any system. lol. But it has to be Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Neither the released Sonic 3( half done game) or the released Sonic & Knuckles(the other half of the true game) can stand up to Sonic 2 on their own. Sonic 3 can come close on it's own. But not surpass.

Thats true. But because it's so simple (lack of double jump moves) I find it really hard to control Super Sonic. Always changing right at 50 rings every time. It gets frustraiting because sometimes he's just too fast to be useful. I like the fact in Sonic 3 you can control when you unleash the power. Plus being able to make Tails fly is a big benifit.

I actually have the game cartridge, in the original box, with the guide. My favorite level is the Chemical Plant zone because I just love the music in the stage. I always died at the toxic chemical pits back in the day, lol. Great review for a great game.
