i've to admit that i've no idea...guess there's something missing..but im pretty sure I wrote more so that it would have made sense ;D sorry for that mistake
@laitela01 Double tracking is what they're getting at. Recording the same thing twice and panning hard left and hard right to give it a more full sound. Don't know why you'd do that if you're demoing presets, but it sounds like what they were getting at.
@laitela01 "they" are "suxxxez." Sorry, it was a month old comment that I just felt like chiming in on. It was at the top of the "uploader comments" part of the video. Looking again at their question, it seems more like a statement with a question mark after it more than an actual question. Such is the internet, I suppose.
@Yourname942 I think you are talking about noise. Sounds like something in your setup is pulling in lots of noise. I assume you are using humbucker pickups and good cables: this only leaves the audio card. You plugged your guitar in the mic in of the integrated sound card of your pc? Because there's nothing you can do about it then, you need a better sound card.
@Ipporules yeah, its like a fuzzy/scratchy feedback-ish noise. (mostly on extreme and lead presets) I'm using factory pickups on a Ibanez s7320 and idk remember what the brand is but gold-plated "monster cable" I guess it could be my audio card. I'm also not sure what one it is but its the one that came with the original MacBook Pro (1st gen)
@Yourname942 Yep, that's it. PCs (ok, it's a "mac"... stil a Personal Computer) always come with sound cards that are just good enough to play audio, and not to record it. The playback quality is usually satisfactory, but they are never suitable for recording. You need an external soundcard (since you have a macbook an internal soundcard is out of the the question). The lucky news is that having a mac you can use a firewire interface, which is faster than a USB.
I LOVE your 5150 preset. I thought it was impossible to get a good sound out of that then I realised i'm using their shitty Metal V cabs.

@YourFavoriteLesbo Who are "they" lol. I didn't double track this, as you can hear. It's single tracked. And mono, obviously.

how do you do any metal/rock settings without that annoying buzzing sound constantly? (besides from just turning down gain)
Or is that the only solution?

@Yourname942 I dont know what type of sound are you talking about.

@Yourname942 I think it may be feedback. Move a couple steps away from your monitor/speakers.

How do you manage to record the screen and the sound at the same time while using amplitube 3? what software did you use?
Thanks.
