@wolffromsteam right click the icon, go to properties, and change the platform u are running it in under comparability as it is probably set to the wrong version. Ex if you run win 7 but the comparability is set for win xp. The game will crash

i had install the game but if i wantz to install the patches,my computer tell me that the game arent there....if i go on empires.exe it comes a small window ( there are icons and the title) than it become dark and without any fail message....im so depressed i was an great great game ...:( sorry for my poor english ) yours truly Hutersum

uhm it sounds like your game is corrupted, if you downloaded the game via RAR then you cant download patches ( it is likely that you cant) so i think thats the problem.. you neeed to download Empires dawn of the modern world, with a torrent program, and the file HAS to be a ISO, if you want the patches.

Because when its ISO the game is litteraly installed on your computer, like if you inserted a disc but really you diddent!. if you dont get it pM me i will break it down better to you
