You never listened in history class did you? Collective bargaining has been the only thing between workers and employers. Without unions, employers used up their workers, took all the profits, and drove workers into the poorhouse. Before workers organized, poor-houses or death was the consequence of work in early industrial societies. We don't need to keep learning things all over again - we can learn from history.
I have part ownership in 2 companies. I know what I am talking about. Bargaining should go on before the worker signs on to a company. Government involvement in Unions is unconstitutional.

You can:
1. Suck it up
2. Go work somewhere else
3. Start your own business
There is no need to have government come to the aid of a Union and force a business to do what the Union wants. It is criminal activity.
