  • @dekonfrost7

Thanks Deke! Say hi to Blade 4 me!

  • @kimchiman1000 i will as soon as i finish this bowel of fermented cabbage....

  • awesome video..Keep it up!

  • at 3:12- ah it broke :(

  • Thae Man Knows how to dig, Good Video, What size machine Is that?

  • This is what Youtube is all about. Thanks for sharing.

  • I wish I had one of these when I dug out my drainfield. I had to do that crap by hand LOL

  • this is a good video, keep it up.

  • Thanks for the props.

  • jenga blocks lol

  • Yeah! Let's see how many we can pull out without the house falling on top of us! ;-)

  • lol :L

  • Why did you guys change from the Bobcat XChange system to that bolt system? Is it easier or stronger?

  • Boss's preference. None of us wanted to change from the XChange system, but we didn't have any say in it.

  • Where's the punchline? I did not see the house fall down, like the other videos.

  • are you digging to but a basement in

  • For some reason I didn't notice this last comment until now. I'm picturing this in my head, except I see John Cleese doing it.

Heard from 'you know who' lately?

Must be laying low, I guess.

  • Thanks for the info. I've watched it again & sure enough, I see what I've missed. And I never thought that there was another use for that tiny blade besides pushing. Another question is "How does the driver withstand all those shaking, vibrating & dusty conditions?"

  • One either just gets used to it or else has to find another line of work, Carl.

Also, it isn't always that dusty.

Hint: the larger the machine is, the less vibration and shaking the operator has to put up with. Small ones like this can be harder on the body.

  • When you hammer in the bolt, won't the threads be stripped? If your truck had been there, was the bobcat capable of lifting the soil that high? Some trucks have "out-riggers" to keep from tipping, but not on "Tracked" vehicles? Thanks.

  • He hammered the wedge bar, not the bolt. Yes his excavator would have been able to lift the concrete high enough for the truck and the front blade prevents it from tilting.

  • Kind of interesting never watched a bucket change on a mini excavator

  • did i here right the power is still on

  • yeah

  • like the 430zhs it is a pitty good machine need a hydrolic hitch it will make life easyer you wont have to deal with neighbors

  • Is this a Nickel Brothers or Supreme House Moving Job? This gets done a LOT over here in the Gulf Islands, I have taken off my canopy off my EX40 for this exact work. A lot of houses from Victoria and Vancover come over here on a Nickel bros hired barge about 4-5 times a year. You should see my house moving, Cassiar, BC videos, Al. Anyway, good video, five stars for originality.

  • This one's done by Zebiac.

We did a neighbourhood in downtown Vancouver, called Mole Hill, about half a dozen years back. Zebiac lifted them all. Must've been about 30 or more houses done over a couple of years.

I wish I had the camera then. I could have got some pretty good footage.

  • Aah yes, the Walter L Zebiak Company I think they are called. I have never seen them moving any houses, I think they just jack them.

  • A family run outfit.

I remember at Mole Hill, the 'Old Man', who still owned the company then, and maybe still does, was always out there busting his ass along with the young bucks. I never heard him say much. He was probably in his late 70s, and worked as hard as the younger guys, just slower and more methodical.

I would not be surprised if he's still busting his hump.

I think a guy named Peter pretty much runs the show, though. He also busts his hump carrying the wood, etc.

  • The old man normally outworks the young bucks anyway, just through smarts and common sense. Like the old fable with the 2 bulls. 2 bulls are on a hill looking at these cows below. The young bull says, " I just want to go RUNNING down there a f--k me a bull!." The old bull thnks for a minute on this and says quietly, "Nope, how about we WALK down there and f--k ALL of the cows."

Put that into perspective on how Zebiak works & Im sure Im pretty close. Calm cool collected. Hes done this before.

  • I'll bet he was doing it before I was born. Wouldn't be surprised if he was, anyway.

  • I like the diplomatic and polite way you dealt with the neighbour. You know what you should have done..... JK!

  • awesome video five stars*********

  • You know, I'm really hoping that will happen. Our two 430s are almost new, and the undercarriages are already starting to get bagged. Their gutless!

  • Are we thinking along the lines of a soprano note here?

  • digging out basements is a larf- you come back next morning after heavy rain and find a big hole full of water......Those 'thumb' attachments are a bit rare here in the uk and look useful. I suppose the 'Neighbour' was a bit worried that some of his house could have ended up in the hole if his footings got undermined !

  • second XD nice though

  • al you let the wedge bar fall right onto the crescent wrench

    lol jk

  • Now now!

    ;)
