Captures Catwoman's character perfectly. She's not demented like so many of the other Batman villains; her motives are purely greed and thrills. And when she puts her mind to it, she can actually do good. This is part of why Batman is drawn to her-getting her to go straight may not be a completely lost cause.

She's not an anti-hero. An anti-hero means you do good deeds, only in a questionably ethical and moral way. Good lord. While she has a soft side and switches sides once in a while when it fits her liking, she still does things simply for the thrill.

Anti-villain would be the most precise definition.

Kind of captures Catwoman's personality. She's not deliberately destructive like other Batman villains; in fact, she has a downright good side to her. Its part of why Batman can never shake his attraction to her.
