WTC7 was extensively damaged by the the collapse of WTC1, the structural damage was too much for the bldg to stand on its own, thus it collapsed and it was not due to demolition. I have no prejudice against truth seekers. How can I? I just said in my previous reply that I welcome evidence. As I welcome proof.
You asked: "Why didn't they reconstruct the planes as they usually do ?". That is because they usually don't! A reconstruction is a rare event and performed only when it is unclear what destroyed the airplane. For all 911 airplanes it was clear beyond reasonable scientific doubt what had happened to it.

It was not their job to prove anything. It was their job to, given the facts that happened, evaluate the national security protocols.

The technical prove was explained, parallel and after(!) the 9/11 commission report, formerly and initially by FEMA and NIST. And supported by every other independent scientific study. Like the Purdue university finite element and dynamic fluid simulations.

@wimahlers While what you say may be true, I can not watch the WTC video's without knowing that two planes and fire could never cause the collapse of three buildings straight down. Also Jet fuel is refined kerosene. Airliners use "Jet A" kerosene and the military uses "JP 4" kerosene. Regardless, neither grade burns hot, or it would melt the inside of a jet engine.

Check out the Architects and engineers for 9-11 truth web sight and videos. The fact that the Bush administration took a year to get an investigation started made me suspicious.
