@Medusav6 Don't worry, Mandeans use a cross,which means the sacred four directions of God,as in many shamanistic strands over the world.Christianism is inextricably linked to Judaism ( the original ebionim were actually a Jewish sect,as Mandeans,who survived the persecutions),it's really good for Christians to start to value Hebrew language and Jewish prayers (and also learn more about Aramaic-speaking Christianity ),it's ok, but you are right in reminding people that is Jewish in origin !
