I don't think feeding to be a problem. In my country in winters it is recommended to get some seeds or nuts for small birds, but they don't care. They move into some other area which is better for them.
Please stop feeding wild birds. The kookaburras in this video seem dependant on food sources from humans. They also have easy access to perhaps more food than they would usually require. The noises that are heard at 3:47 onwards would indicate agitation among the birds.

This was shot in Sydney. The babies have grown up and are feeding by hand also. The parents are about to have more chicks.
