The reason this band is perfect for Space Marine is because most of Warhammer 40K was originally influenced by 80's metal. Case in point, Bolt Thrower's album art is done by one of the original Warhammer and 40K artists. How can you not look at Orks, Chaos Marines and Space Marines and not think metal.

This album was such an inspiration for me... I've subconsciously been copping riffs off of Mercenary (BT's most underrated effort IMO) and Those Once Loyal for years. Bolt Thrower is the foundation that, whether they know it or not, every death metal band with any sense of groove has been building off of for the past two decades.
