He is God anointed one. So I wont judge him, for if his heart is true to what God direct him to do, he is doing well. If people dont like God anointed ones, they should follow their hearts and move on. For music is a channel to many things, this sermon with music will get some people to share God word that normally would not. So stay positive , stay in love.

I could understand your point if they were singing lyrics that were provocative and unedifying, but the are not. In my my opinion, any type of music that is positive and uplifting is of God. It is not secular music that God has a problem with, it is secular behavior. This pastor was using love songs to praise the love of his life, Jesus. If more of us thought of Jesus that way, our Christianity would probably be more real and personal to us. Sin is not in the music, it is in the person. People worship God in their own way and before any of us pass judgment on another, we probably should examine our own lives.

Clifton Wilson taught us is that we have to be able to spiritually distinguish between what is of God and what is NOT. Spiritual discernment was the term that he used.

Thank you Lord! He took the gift of music and singing back!!! The heart & soul cries out in the strongest melody that's inside of us! Heaviness tried to come upon me and I found this excerpt of there sermon message... I opened up my mouth and laid my hand on my chest and pledged my love at that moment to the Lord! The stress left in a instant!!!

Church houses have become nothing more than mere gathering places for a bunch of fools not serious about the works of the Lord. This is why we're not seeing people delivered, healed, and set free. Just as Jesus warned, in that day there will be many false prophets and we are not to be deceived. People need to wake up and stand righteous before the most high God. How dare this Pastor disrespect God this way...
I am a christian and I am a professional musician who plays in *gasp bars...I have made more of an impact talking to people about Jesus after gig over a beer and conversation usually started over music not of the "gospel" nature. If you think this is not of God I implore you to talk to someone that you KNOW doesn't have a knowledge of "church as usual" and the dogmatic/ritualistic ways we act in a service and see what they think about this. I know they would enjoy this better

I have read some of the comments and I disagree with some that said he shouldnt sing R&B in the church.We are who we are,either we love God and try 2 live as righteous as we can or deny him.In order 2 reach the world you have to idenitfy with it.I listen 2 R&B and rap but that doesnt make me any less saved than the next person.Somethings we do behind closed doors so im glad he showed who he is and still professed the Love of GOD.Why is it ok to say whats ok?We are the church.Are you sin free?

OMgoodness, I look at this vid everyday. These songs are part of my life, and look, God blessed the writings of these songs; otherwise, they wouldn't have been written. Every word is a testament of God's love to us -- why not give them back to Him Pastor Love's being real is precious!! He is God anointed one. So I wont judge him, for if his heart is true to what God direct him to do, he is doing well. If people dont like God anointed ones, they should follow their hearts and move on. I think that we have a bad habit of arguing about things that at the end of the day don't matter at all. "Secular" music and Gospel have a rich intertwined history that spans hundreds of years. Musical artists that started in the church have had successful secular careers and viceversa. I could understand your point if they were singing lyrics that were provocative and unedifying, but the are not. In my my opinion, any type of music that is positive and uplifting is of God. It is not secular music that God has a problem with, it is secular behavior. This pastor was using love songs to praise the love of his life, Jesus. If more of us thought of Jesus that way, our Christianity would probably be more real and personal to us. Sin is not in the music, it is in the person. People worship God in their own way and before any of us pass judgment on another, we probably should examine our own lives.

Pastor Love should be ashamed of himself. This is not of God. He has now tainted Gospel music with worldly music. This has affected so many believers with confusion especially the baby saints. Well, if Bishop Love is doing it, well "it must be OK"

@msavoy1100 You took the EXACT word that I thought about last night-DISCERNMENT. As we can see in this video, there is a HUGE lack of it. One thing that the late Rev. Clifton Wilson taught us is that we have to be able to spiritually distinguish between what is of God and what is NOT. Spiritual discernment was the term that he used.

Heaviness tried to come upon me and I found this excerpt of there sermon message... I opened up my mouth and laid my hand on my chest and pledged my love at that moment to the Lord! This just shows me that you can have fun in church..Don't always have to take things so serious. I agree with, i don't see what he did was wrong..And i like the way he brought it back with a traditional church song. Looking at some of these comments, when it is time to go to heaven, some people will be shocked, who is going and who is not.

This is an abomination unto God!!! People of Christ, why are we recycling the world's music for God???2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 IT SAYS, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." We can't sing these songs anymore, even if we DO change the lyrics. That's like someone giving you ABC gum thinking you will be satisfied. But the flavor is gone! It's been used! Don't we want to give God our best? Let's stop recycling please.

There are people in the world who do not know the hymns and the gospel songs but they still want to be able to sing to God and let him know that they love him. Let them use whatever words they can find as long as they are sincere and are delivered. We know what the writers of those songs intended but God can change the purpose of anything and use it for his good. So you "RELIGIOUS" folks relax God has this under control.

Sometimes we forget where we come from and we need a reality check...I truly enjoyed this service. I was out there doing my things when those songs were being played and i truly enjoyed myself and now i'm saved and i am truly enjoying myself serving the Lord. A bunch of foolishness by a carnal pastor and congregation, I would've walked out! Church houses have become nothing more than mere gathering places for a bunch of fools not serious about the works of the Lord. This is why we're not seeing people delivered, healed, and set free. Just as Jesus warned, in that day there will be many false prophets and we are not to be deceived. People need to wake up and stand righteous before the most high God. I will say this..
I am a christian and I am a professional musician who plays in *gasp bars...I have made more of an impact talking to people about Jesus after gig over a beer and conversation usually started over music not of the "gospel" nature. If you think this is not of God I implore you to talk to someone that you KNOW doesn't have a knowledge of "church as usual" and the dogmatic/ritualistic ways we act in a service and see what they think about this. I know they would enjoy this better

I have read some of the comments and I disagree with some that said he shouldnt sing R&B in the church.We are who we are,either we love God and try 2 live as righteous as we can or deny him.In order 2 reach the world you have to idenitfy with it.I listen 2 R&B and rap but that doesnt make me any less saved than the next person.Somethings we do behind closed doors so im glad he showed who he is and still professed the Love of GOD.Why is it ok to say whats ok?We are the church.Are you sin free?
