GTA 4 PC on CORE2DUO E7400 @2.8GHz

This is weird i have an E7400 and Geforce GT 430 i get around 25-30 with fraps and 40-60 no fraps.

i have this same configuration...

Intel C2D E7400 2.8GHz

HD 5670 1GB

4GB RAM

320GB SATA2

and my gta are lagging so much! i cant play it on 1440x900, im playing it at 1280x1024 and have too lag, what is ur power supply? im using an generical power supply of 450w

And i play it on 1024*768 res.......... I use high textures.... and high shadows.......And view distance= 4 and detail distance=10................

3gbddr2ram ,18.5" lcd @1366x768

shld i buy 5770

will i be able to play it on high settings with good fps at rez 1366x768 with 5770

or either i shld buy 5830

i want to play it without lags?

@jonassx100 Bro, yes first of all u will need to overclock your processor.....

An for the reso of 1366x768 HD 5770 will be very nice.... But for playing it maxed out u will need at least a Quad core processor ....... Bec its a CPU oriented game....

But i think after overclocking your processor u will be playing it without lags even with a HD 5770....
