my daughter and i were blessed to meet ricky van shelton in 92, she was very ill and he did concert in our home town, she went back stage and met him he was amazing very sweet, kind and allowed her a special thing in her life, 3 years later god took her home, but that memory will always stay with us, she was so very happy, i to wish he would come back to singing, god bless.

I know where Ricky is. He's just living back in his hometown. I think he got disillusioned with fame a bit and all the excess partying so he stepped out the spotlight. He wrote some children' s books and recorded some christian albums. I got to meet him several times in the prime of his music career. He and my dad were best friends back in their hometown.
