Pretty good stuff there. I like the "bullet-time" on the actual "go-through" of the shot most of all. Other than some BG sound volume differences, it was cool.

Just a little constructive criticism:

there's a slight continuity error on the death fall, in one shot he falls then in the next cut he's back at a higher height than he was, creating a "double fall" and prolonging the dramatic scene. If this was a deliberate decision, i might suggest a few more "back and forths" to emphasize it.
