@0556286919 the objective in this is to hold it in the neck and then make it spin down to your feet. the ball has to pass by your shoulders only, it doesnt need to "be" in the shoulder. otherwise if it touches the shoulder like too roughly it would go to ya back or side. i know this cause we basically train like ppl in the video are training here in brazil =)
