You can google a map of it and it will show you the extent of the spill. It has not yet affected Mexican waters or fishing industries. It may in time but that remains to be seen.

I think republicans bitch about affirmative action too much and act like it's more biased than it really is, but ironically, I think Steele is an obvious case of a form of affirmative action. Because of course when the RNC appointed him, they were going under the stupid assumption that people only liked Obama because he was black.

It's called the Mexican Gulf for a reason and I've not heard shit about the effects in mexico, nor nearly enough coverage on the wild life situation besides some photos of some dead turtles who are "suspected" death by oil poisoning cases.
Not to forget the lack of coverage of the fishing/tourist business who is the biggest victims, it's all about either blaming or protecting BP

@LiBlub1 I understand where you are coming from, but regardless of the name of the body of water, right now the oil spill is within US waters and within the 12 mile stint before international waters begin. You can google a map of it and it will show you the extent of the spill. It has not yet affected Mexican waters or fishing industries. It may in time but that remains to be seen.
